  • Firebase (Google): Authentication and user management
  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management

  • Sentry: Error tracking and monitoring
  • Cloudflare R2: File storage and management

6. Retention of Data

Audit Canvas will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

User-uploaded work program files are retained for 90 days after creation unless manually deleted. Account data is retained for 12 months after account deletion.
