Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are effective at the end of the current billing period. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.

• Not professional advice — Content generated by artificial intelligence must not be relied upon for real audit engagements, regulatory submissions, or formal audit opinions without independent professional review and validation by a qualified auditor. Nothing on Audit Canvas constitutes legal, compliance, or professional audit advice.
• Not official framework guidance — References to NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, IIA GIAS, NIS2, and any other frameworks or standards are used for classification and context purposes only. Audit Canvas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised to represent any of these standards bodies or their publications.
• User responsibility — Users are solely responsible for validating all AI-generated content before applying it in any professional, regulatory, or commercial context. Audit Canvas accepts no liability for outcomes arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
